The Culinary Arts Program instructs individuals on the basics of the culinary industry and prepares the graduate for entry- to mid-level employment in a variety of positions within the culinary field.

Culinary Arts Program Entry Requirements:
- Current Year Income
- 1040/1040A or 1040 EZ Tax Form (wage statement and paystubs NOT accepted); or
- Letter of Introduction and current Budget Sheet from DHS; or
- Total income from Social Security, Disability, or Supplemental Security
- Photo Identification
- United States Citizenship (New York State Driver License, United States Passport or NYS Department of Human Services Photo Benefit Card); or
- Legal Alien Status (I-94 or Green Card)
- Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) Test
- 8.0 reading comprehension
- 7.0 math
- Immunization Record
- MMR record from physician (included in REOC Certificate of Health form)
- Entry Requirements: Complete REOC Certificate of Health Statement form, interview with Culinary Department.
