Eligibility Requirements to REOC
You must meet eligibility requirements to enroll at Rochester EOC, and provide specific documents to prove your eligibility. On this page, you will find a list of the eligibility requirements, and information about which documents you need to enroll.
- Applicant must be at least 17 years or older for Academic Programs
- Applicant must be at least 18 years or older for Vocational Training Programs
- Applicant must be a resident of New York State
- If applicant has earned college credits please inform Admissions Advisor
- Applicant must meet income guidelines
