Registration & Records

The Registration and Records Office is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and documentation of enrollment information for all enrolled students at our school. An official student record is maintained by the office to track student information such as, but not limited to,

  • Application/acceptance documentation
  • Class registration and Program Enrollment Information
  • Immunization/Health Record documentation
  • Faculty Evaluations (as appropriate)
  • Requests from External Agencies for Enrollment Information

In addition, this office tracks, verifies and maintains center-wide enrollment data for all programs.
