From West: Thruway to Exit 47 (490 East). 490 East to DOWNTOWN Rochester. Exit Inner Loop east (exit 13), and take St. Paul Street exit. Turn right onto St. Paul. Parking: REOC’s lot is for REOC faculty and staff only (with permit). Please use on-street metered parking or one of the many convenient commercial parking lots surrounding the Center.
