To apply for your initial CDA Credential, the cost is $425.
To renew your CDA Credential, the cost is $150Â for paper applications. Candidates who apply online will receive a $25.00 discount and the cost for renewal is $125.00.
Payment for both initial and renewal CDA applications are due in full at the time of application.
