Essential job functions include:

Assessing the nursing needs of each Resident on an ongoing basis.
Providing supervision, instruction and leadership with Resident care responsibilities.
Ensuring nursing documentation is complete.
Identifying and delegating tasks to be completed.
Performing and documenting treatments as ordered.
Evaluating/communicating effectiveness of treatments.
Assisting in Resident education as needed.

Requirements:
Current NYS LPN required at the time of hire.
