Responsibilities:

• Prepping for menu items
• Preparing sandwiches, salads and specialty dishes
• Maintain clean and organized work environment
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies
• Labeling all foods
• Communicating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role required
