As a part of Hurlbut Care Communities, Hamilton Manor is a 40-bed skilled nursing facility that is owned and operated locally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide basic resident care or treatments, such as, but not limited to taking temperatures or blood pressures, dressing wounds, and performing catheterizations.

Administer prescribed medications/ treatments documenting accordingly in our EMR system.

Observe residents: chart and report changes in residents’ conditions, such as response to medication or treatment. Answer residents’ call lights and determine how to assist them.

Measure and record residents’ vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.

Provide kind and compassionate care to our residents.
