Mobile Mammography Program Manager

Responsible for assisting the Mobile Mammography Program Manager with operational duties as assigned. Functions as a liaison between patients and health care systems by coordinating patient follow-up services, securing community resources as needed, and coordination of care with other providers. This includes sending reports to physicians and clinics, updating the site log, mailing patient letters, reviewing and updating all unresolved cases, sending release of medical information documents to physicians, and working with all patients who have abnormal findings to ensure diagnostic follow-up is complete.


  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 5 years of administrative office experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of proficiency with PC, software applications, and reporting tools.


  • Assist the Program Manager with operational, and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Manages confidential information in accordance with organizational policy and procedures.
  • Work across multiple functions and with all levels of the organization.
  • Performs a wide variety of partner care activities, including the prompt and accurate handling of partner, host sites, and site coordinator concerns.
  • Assist with the resolution of customer service issues generated by the team, partners, patients, and internal department.
  • Assist with screening events utilizing public, staff, and EPIC calendar.
  • Completes written progress notes documenting all services using electronic medical records.
  • Participates in community activities such as health fairs as directed by the Program Manager.
  • Review and compile feedback from partners, host sites, physician offices, and other departments on program matters.
  • Monitor the logistics of each screening event to ensure success.
  • Solicit support, engage in promotion and assist with recruitment activities.
  • Track program data to generate progress reports as requested.
  • Monitors and orders all needed program supplies.
  • Performs other duties as requested.


M – Medium Work – Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
