What sets you apart from the rest?

Specifically, you have the following skills, experience and/or education:

  • Position requires a minimum five (5) years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance
  • Mechanic or equivalent, with experience in all building maintenance and mechanical operations
  • Must possess technical communication skills


This is a full-time position. The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for providing maintenance management for the short and long term physical needs of the residential and commercial properties. Specifically, this position is responsible for:

  • Establishing detailed plans for all properties for daily operations, capital improvements, preventative and emergency procedures
  • Supervising 3-10 basic and elementary level employees
  • Recruiting, interviewing, transferring, promoting, conducting performance evaluations, disciplining and terminating
  • Maintaining equipment, tool & supplies inventories, creating purchasing procedures, prepare bid specifications for contractual repairs/services and budgets for maintenance supplies
  • Evaluating, interpreting and determining relevance of information from a wide variety of sources to determine its importance and a course of action to take
