Provides clerical and administrative support to the Central Operations management team. First point of contact for phone customers of Central Operations and Business Services. Assists in maintaining website. Creates and maintains excel databases for tracking services/activities. Takes meeting minutes for Board committees. Prepares various forms of written communication. Maintains calendars and schedules meetings. Duplicates, collates and files materials. Assists in special projects.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Must type 50-60 wpm. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable handling a variety of tasks in order to support management & operations within the career center.
Must be organized and have good attention to detail.
Requires flexibility, team work and excellent customer service skills.
