Job Description

Seeking motivated employee to help us develop and fulfill our social media and E-Commerce strategies. $18-$20 per hour, negotiable, based on experience. StoreSMART is a leader in the development of vinyl plastic organizational tools. We market to manufacturers, government, schools, hospitals, and the individual consumer. Marketing includes StoreSMART.com, on-line ads, social media, and printed catalogs.

Basic Function:

Responsible for StoreSMART’s social media strategy on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Focus on brand awareness, with the ultimate purpose to drive visitors to our website. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining our ecommerce presence, including our website, Amazon and Etsy listings, and various advertisements.

Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Work on-site, creating and implementing campaigns and strategies
  • Create engaging content tailored to each platform
  • Create paid social media campaigns
  • Monitor analytics to identify most viable ideas
  • Create photos and graphics for social media content
  • Identify leaders and influencers and engage them in brand activities
  • Interact with customers on social media networks

E-Commerce Responsibilities:

  • Routine maintenance of our e-commerce presence
  • Update and Optimize Listings on Ecommerce Sites (Excel)
  • Product Photography
  • E-commerce ads/promoted listings

Custom Artwork:

Preparing customer artwork (Photoshop, Illustrator)

General Office Responsibilities:

Assist supervisor and leadership with miscellaneous office duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of college completion
  • Social Media Marketing course completion
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with analyzing data, e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights
  • Copywriting Skills
  • Visual design skills for composing photos and graphics
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Ability to take initiative and manage projects from beginning to end
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Video skills are a plus
