How do I request an enrollment verification letter?

(CURRENT students only) – If a student needs a letter verifying that they are a current student, you would need to complete an Information Request Form in order to receive an Enrollment Verification Letter.  Please print this form from our website and mail/fax to the REOC Registration and Records Office.
