Welcome to the Rochester EOC (REOC)
Practical Nursing (PN) Program Information Session

Please Note: Completion of all three REOC PN Information Session Modules and Acknowledgements is only one required step in the REOC PN Program Application/Admission process.

Completion process:

  1. The REOC PN Information Session is broken into three modules. All three modules are posted below. Click on each Module link, in sequence, and read the attached PowerPoint.
  2. When finished, click the “I’ve completed this module” box at the bottom of each section. Complete the requested information and submit the form.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email after submitting each Acknowledgement form.

Module 1

Please click on the link below to view the Module One PowerPoint. After you have reviewed the module, you will need to complete the associated acknowledgement form by clicking the “I’ve completed this module” button. After submitting the Acknowledgement form, proceed to Module Two.

After you have reviewed Module Three, you will need to complete the associated acknowledgement form by clicking the “I’ve completed this module” button. After submitting the Module Three Acknowledgement form, review the “Finished” section, below.
