· Two years of customer service relation’s experience in various service industries
· Comfortable working in a high demand and customer focused environment to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
· Perform pharmaceutical calculations, involving, but not limited to: measurement, business, children’s dosing, and IV drip rates
